What we collect and why

Through the contact form we collect your first name, last name, email and message, for the sole purpose of replying to your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent when submitting the form. We do not collect data for advertising purposes and we do not build profiles.

Retention

We keep the form data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, afterwards, for any applicable legal periods. You can request its deletion at any time.

Recipients

To run the service we rely on providers that process data on our behalf:

• Resend — sending and delivering the emails generated by the form.
• Cloudflare — website hosting and infrastructure.

Data is not shared with third parties except where legally required.

Cookies

This site uses only a technical cookie to remember your language preference. No analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used, so your consent is not required.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hello@kaerre.studio. You may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
